Use pass/fail fields, not adjectives

Create fields for thesis, invalidation, liquidity, concentration, operational access and personal state. Each field should have a measurable pass condition.
For example, “liquidity okay” is weak. “Estimated exit for planned size remains within the stated slippage limit under the stress-depth assumption” is testable.
Record the reason for every veto
If the trade fails one field, write the reason and what evidence would allow reconsideration. A venue outage might require confirmed restoration. An unclear thesis might require a new setup entirely. Fatigue might require a defined rest period.
Completion check
Apply the veto sheet to five fictional trades and keep the original decisions visible. Do not rewrite a failed condition after revealing whether the market later moved in the predicted direction.
